class=\"p2\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\"><strong>Logistics and distribution services for medical-hospital products.\u00a0Transport of medicines at a controlled temperature<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\">Distrimedica is aware of and assumes its commitment to the quality and environmental requirements of its activities, which is why the Management establishes the following management principles:<\/p><p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\">\u2756<\/span><span class=\"s2\">\u00a0<\/span><b>Satisfaction of the expectations of our customers<\/b>, and of the stakeholders, in all matters related to the performance of our activities\u00a0and their possible environmental impact.<\/p><p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\">\u2756<\/span><span class=\"s2\">\u00a0<\/span>Use of it as a framework for the\u00a0<b>establishment and review of<\/b>\u00a0quality and environmental objectives, defined in the scope, as the basis for the\u00a0<b>continuous improvement<\/b>\u00a0of its activities to which the Management System is subject.<\/p><p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\">\u2756<\/span><span class=\"s2\">\u00a0<\/span>Maintenance of\u00a0<b>communication<\/b>, both internally and with clients, Administration and other interested parties, in all those elements of the Management System.<\/p><p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\">\u2756<\/span><span class=\"s2\">\u00a0<\/span><b>Protection of the environment and energy saving, i<\/b><span class=\"s1\"><b>ncluding the prevention of pollution<\/b><\/span><b>\u00a0<\/b><b><\/b>by minimizing the significant negative impacts on the environment resulting from our products\/services, keeping these aspects between the appropriate values for quality assurance in the products\/services provided and an adequate level for the preservation of the natural environment.<\/p><p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\">\u2756<\/span><span class=\"s2\">\u00a0<\/span><b>Compliance with the<\/b>\u00a0applicable legal requirements, the commitments made to customers and all regulations, internal rules or guidelines to which the company is subject.<\/p><p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\">\u2756<\/span><span class=\"s2\">\u00a0<\/span><b>Evaluate and guarantee the technical competence<\/b>\u00a0of the staff, as well as stimulate their adequate motivation for their participation in the continuous class=\"s2\">\u00a0<\/span><b>Ensure the correct condition of the facilities and the appropriate equipment<\/b>\u00a0so that they are in correspondence with the activity and objectives of the organization.<\/p><p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\">\u2756<\/span><span class=\"s2\">\u00a0<\/span><b>Ensure an analysis<\/b>\u00a0of the indicators\u00a0<b>of each significant process<\/b>, defining class=\"s2\">\u00a0<\/span><b>Compliance<\/b>\u00a0with the guidelines on\u00a0<b>Good Distribution Practices for medicinal products for human use.<\/b><\/p><p class=\"p3\">These principles are assumed by the management, who ensure that they have the necessary means to comply with them, embodying them and making them publicly known through this Policy.<\/p><p class=\"p3\">The approval of this Quality and Environment Policy implies that all the people and areas mentioned in all the GIS documentation have the responsibility and obligation to carry out the activities entrusted to
