Through a procedure in our quality system “Equipment Maintenance”, we periodically register the preventive and corrective actions of all the equipment present in our facilities.
In the specific case of the temperature control in the cooling chamber, and alongside the company ASSI Sistemas e Instrumentación, we have taken the following steps:
VALIDATION OF PROCESSES, SYSTEMS AND METHODS
- Installation qualification protocol (equipment plans and documentation)
- Operational qualification protocol (confirming processes and operation)
- Performance qualification protocol (for optimal performance)
- Supply failure test.
Qualification of Machinery and Equipment
CALIBRATION OF THE ELEMENTS OF INTERVENTION
The equipment is calibrated annually by an external entity accredited by the ENAC.
